Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund after you confirm the Artwork Approval. Once we place the order, you
cannot cancel your order or get a refund if you change your mind.

Summary & Artwork Approval for the relevant Product, your past interactions with us, information from our
delivery partners and manufacturers, what happened during and after deliver, and whether we reasonably
believe the issue was caused after delivery.
